Terms of Service

The service

Convive lets you discover restaurants, book tables, pre-order meals, and coordinate group dining. Bookings are made with independent restaurants; the meal itself — food, service, and payment — is between you and the restaurant.

Bookings and pre-orders

When you book, you agree to the restaurant's own terms shown at confirmation (including any cancellation window). Pre-ordered menus lock ahead of service at a time set by the restaurant; after the lock, changes are at the restaurant's discretion. Restaurants may accept, decline, or cancel bookings, and large groups may require the restaurant's approval first.

Group bookings

Hosts can invite guests and appoint co-hosts who manage their own sub-group. As a host you're responsible for the accuracy of your table — party size, guest details, and finalizing before the lock. People who join your table see the booking's shared details.

Payments

Convive does not process payments. Any deposits, minimum spends, or service charges shown in the app are set by the restaurant and settled directly with them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent bookings, no harassment of restaurants or other diners, no attempts to break or probe the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Convive provides the booking platform "as is". We're not liable for the meal, the venue, or a restaurant's cancellation — though we'll always try to notify you promptly when plans change.
